1. 服务与预约 / Services and appointments
本网站用于在线预约修车服务、查看修车进度与历史记录。您在线提交预约后，本店会尽快打电话与您确认时间与服务内容；最终服务内容与价格以本店确认后为准，预约提交本身不构成服务已确认。
This website is for booking repair services online and for checking repair progress and history. After you submit an appointment request online, the shop will call you to confirm the time and scope of work; the confirmed scope and price are those confirmed by the shop. Submitting a request alone does not confirm the service.
2. 短信通知条款 / SMS terms
本店通过短信（发送方为 Twilio）向您发送以下事务性短信，不发营销短信：(1) 登录验证码；(2) 预约确认与预约提醒；(3) 修车进度更新；(4) 配件到货通知；(5) 修车完成、可以提车通知；(6) 付款收据通知。短信数量视您的预约与修车进度而定，没有固定条数。
The shop sends transactional SMS messages only (sent via Twilio), never marketing messages: (1) sign-in verification codes; (2) appointment confirmations and reminders; (3) repair progress updates; (4) parts-arrival notices; (5) repair-complete / ready-for-pickup notices; (6) payment receipt notices. Message frequency varies with your appointment and repair progress; there is no fixed number of messages.
同意方式：您在线预约时，须在预约表上勾选短信同意框（默认不勾选），表示您同意本店向您留下的手机号码发送上述短信；不勾选则无法在线提交预约，您可改打电话 626-701-8999 预约。登录验证码是您在登录时主动请求发送的，仅发给您登录时输入的号码。
How you consent: when you book online, you must check the SMS consent box on the booking form (unchecked by default) to agree that the shop may send the messages above to the mobile number you provide. If you do not check it, you cannot submit an online booking; you may book by calling 626-701-8999 instead. A sign-in verification code is sent only when you request it during sign-in, and only to the number you enter then.
退订与求助：回复 STOP 可退订短信通知，回复 HELP 可求助。退订后本店不再向该号码发送短信通知，但不影响您到店接受服务与本店用电话联系您。可能产生短信/流量费用，具体以您的运营商为准；运营商对短信延迟或未送达不承担责任。
Opt-out and help: reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications, reply HELP for help. After opting out, the shop will stop sending SMS notifications to that number; opting out does not affect in-shop service or phone contact from the shop. Message and data rates may apply as charged by your carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. 价格与付款 / Prices and payment
服务价格以本店确认后的报价为准；轮胎、定位等项目按本店确认的价格结算。付款方式以本店与工单上列明的为准。
Prices are those confirmed by the shop. Payment methods are those shown by the shop and on your work order.
4. 质保 / Warranty
本店喷漆提供终身质保；其他配件与项目的质保以工单上注明的为准。
Paintwork sprayed by the shop carries a lifetime warranty; warranties for other parts and items are those stated on your work order.
5. 取消与改期 / Cancellation and rescheduling
如需取消或改期，请尽快致电本店 626-701-8999，以便本店把时段让给其他客人。
To cancel or reschedule, please call the shop at 626-701-8999 as soon as possible so the time slot can be offered to another customer.
6. 责任与适用法律 / Liability and governing law
本条款适用加州法律。本店对因您提供的信息不实、车辆既有状况或不可抗力造成的损失不承担责任；本店的责任以相关工单金额为限。
These terms are governed by California law. The shop is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, pre-existing vehicle conditions, or force majeure; the shop's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant work order.
7. 条款变更与联系 / Changes and contact
